Tesla has extended the benefits of its referral scheme for Model S and Model X buyers indefinitely.
Customers will be able to receive a Full Self-Driving (FSD) trial and save money.
Furthermore, the quantity of credits for existing owners who refer the buyer has been increased.
Previously, for a Model S/X purchase, both the referrer and the customer received 3,500 credits.
However, starting of June 2, just the referrer would receive credits, bringing the total to 20,000.
According to the fine print on the Loot Box support page on Tesla's website, the bargain was only valid for orders submitted on or before June 30, 2023.
That deadline has now passed, but the improved privileges remain on the mobile app.
Tesla's website has also been modified to extend the deal, with no mention of an expiration date.
